G20 Partnership for Growth and Jobs

Higher School of Economics, Moscow

August 29, 2013

This G20 pre-summit conference, held in Moscow on the eve of the St. Petersburg Summit, has three purposes: first, to educate an influential audience of international and Russian opinion leaders about the G20 system and its forthcoming St. Petersburg Summit; second, to allow G20 governors to outline their current challenges and test their ideas for solutions with an informed and influential audience; and third, to allow key stakeholders to offer their advice and recommendations for solutions and improvements and give their priorities visibility on the eve of the summit itself. This high-profile, multi-stakeholder invitational conference, open to the media, thus gathers leading individuals from the G20's government, international institutions, academic, business, think tank and civil society communities for an intense dialogue just as preparations for the St. Petersburg Summit enter their final stage.
